Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the jueteng platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the jueteng platform in any way — including browsing the website, placing bets, playing games, or making transactions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. Continued use after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jueteng regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register and use the jueteng platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit persons under the age of 21 to access, register, or use the platform in any capacity.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or any exclusion imposed by us or relevant authorities.
By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are satisfied. jueteng reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jueteng platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any other person.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. jueteng will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
We reserve the right to require identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point, including for withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of jueteng, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or money laundering activities.
- Attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform.
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform.
- Engage in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated activity to gain an unfair advantage.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to jueteng.
- Post, transmit, or upload any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any platform communication channel.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any restricted area of the platform.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
5. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the jueteng platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and local bank transfer. Available methods may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jueteng is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems or network issues outside our control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers.
jueteng does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law. We do not provide tax advice; please consult a qualified professional if required.
Any funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
6. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
jueteng provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or factors outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jueteng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, delays in payment processing, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or activity that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, jueteng may forfeit any remaining balance in the affected account.
In cases of technical errors that result in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, we reserve the right to void affected transactions and make appropriate corrections. We will notify affected users where reasonably practicable.
7. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
All content on the jueteng platform — including but not limited to logos, game content, text, graphics, interface design, and software — is the property of jueteng or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game studios. jueteng does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. You access third-party services at your own risk.
jueteng reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account and cease using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
